Prison changed my whole worldview
Did 18 months and came out a completely different person. The chaplain inside introduced me to scripture and it genuinely kept me sane. Back on the outside now and trying to find a church that doesn't look at my past before they look at me as a person. Anyone know if Potter's House is the kind of place that actually walks the "grace" talk?

A friend of mine came out after doing time and said the hardest part wasn’t prison, it was wondering if anyone would only see his record afterward. He started visiting churches carefully because fake grace shows fast. What really mattered was finding people who cared more about where he was headed than where he’d been. He connected through find a church in Prescott AZ and told me it felt like people actually understood redemption instead of just talking about it on Sundays.
