RushPassport.com can only process China visas for residents of the following states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
French passport holders must make a personal appearance at the Chinese consulate, therefore applicants must apply themselves.

Original Passport- valid for at least six months with at least (2) blank visa pages
For Foreign passport holders - A copy of the U.S. Alien Resident Card and/or valid visa or document showing legal status in the U.S.
Visa Application
Application MUST be typed up on a computer and should be clearly and completely printed out on letter sized paper (8 1/2 x 11)
Please follow the “Instructions on the Completion of the Visa Application Form” while completing the application.
Please take notice of the following:
- Consulate will not accept incompletely filled-out forms, hand-written or altered forms
- All sections of the application must be filled out. If a section does not apply to you, please write "N/A"
- All applicants must sign the application form even if the form is completed by another person. If applicant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian may sign on his/her behalf
- The Consulate only accepts application forms marked "CNNYCONSULATE JUNE 2011 EDITION". Previous editions such as Form Q-2007 will not be accepted
All Applicants must complete the China Visa Application Form

- Business Cover Letter from U.S. company mentioning the applicant's title/position and detailing exactly what he/she does in the company AND
- Invitation Letter from China- Must have the seal and signature of the Invitor's legal representative
